It is also demanding, and the psychological toll can be heavy.That’s why our mission is to build bridges between frontline helpers and those who have a heart for keeping them resilient and thriving.We aim to prevent burnout and promote well-being by offering restorative, strengthening care for all types of frontline workers — whether they are professionals, missionaries, or volunteers.
Our current focus includes:
- Providing a network for free therapeutic support
— including online supervision and debriefing by trained volunteers. - Offering funded retreats for frontline helpers
— all donations go directly toward making these retreats possible.
